From initial contact to completion (done in 3 bites) they were professional, punctual and stood by their word. They tore off and replaced our roof and you wouldn't have know they were there. They did the job when they said it would be done a the price they quoted. The provided a detailed quote that included many items the others did not.

We weren't optimistic the problem would ever be solved until we were strongly encouraged to call the Pascals' and met Dusty. They quickly determined the cause of the leak, thoroughly described the appropriate measures to eliminate the problem and even came on the weekend since they could feel our frustration. One very important point was when Dusty explained that if any surprises arise during the course of the project they simply take care of it and the price would not change, boy did he mean it! The plywood felt solid upon inspection but once exposed nearly 50% of the surface was covered with mold, it was all replaced. Our intent was to hire them for a complete roof replacement until they explained that the 2nd story roof would last an additional 10-15 years! Very honest, very personable and very knowledgable. The kind of company every homeowner deserves to do business with. A++!

What stood out the most about this company was their professionalism. From calling and scheduling the appointment with Michelle in the office, meeting the estimator Brad at our home to discuss our roof leaks and the solutions to working with their amazing crew. We hired this company to replace the roof on our home as well as a chimney rebuild at our lake house in Skaneateles NY. Both projects were fairly large so we ended up getting 3 estimates. I must say that their bid wasn’t the cheapest but their price ended up being extremely fair for the quality of work and service they ultimately provided. The crew was very professional and courteous from start to finish as well as their service after the sale. We would highly recommend DB Pascal to anyone.

I've dealt with Dusty and his estimator several times, for urgent repairs (for leaks). In Fall 2023, I contracted with Dusty to do a metal roof over my garage and the one-story part of my house. It wasn't a simple installation, with different angles merging, requiring replacement of a large amount of the underlayment. (Dusty did NOT install the previous roof.) Everyone approached the "surprise!" challenges without drama, making me confident that the roof will hold up for decades. Everything was handled extremely well. Several times, I heard the workers discussing the best way to approach certain aspects of the installation. They were putting real thought into the installation, which was very refreshing. Everyone was polite and helpful throughout.

I recently finished remolding a home and used D.B. Pascal for some roofing and chimney work. They were recommended by a co-worker, so I had them give me quotes. They seemed knowledgeable about the work to be done and their quote was within the ballpark. I got 2 others, but the reason I went with them is that I got the feeling that they were straight shooters. I gotta say that they came through. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and I didn’t get any “hidden” charges after. I appreciated that. There was a piece of shingle that broke off like a month later with a storm and they came back and fixed it free. With so many rip offs everywhere, it was good to work with someone like Mr. Pascal and his family. (they’re all pretty tall, too) Recommend.

Sales person was knowledgeable and friendly. Only had one issue but it was taken care of and we are very happy with the end result. 5 star business.
